Bolt uses the Bolt app to allow riders to locate and use scooters. The rider pays for the ride through his/her account on the app.

Bolt charges $1. to unlock a scooter and 15 cents per minute of use. Discounted rates are available for individuals who qualify.

Bolt charges a $5.00 initial deposit per scooter.

This deposit is refunded in 5-7 business days.

Open your app in any of the cities we operate, and you will see the scooters that are closest to you.

The top speed of our scooters is based on the city you are in. Each city has a different top speed regulation.
