Bolt uses the Bolt app to allow riders to locate and use scooters. The rider pays for the ride through his/her account on the app.

Prices vary by market, please to refer to the app for more information.  Discounted rates are available for individuals who qualify.

In some markets, Bolt will ask your bank or financial institution to authorize a temporary charge to validate your credit or debit card. This charge is typically refunded between 5 to 7 business days.

This deposit is refunded in 5-7 business days.

Open your app in any of the cities we operate, and you will see the scooters that are closest to you.

The top speed of our scooters is based on the city you are in. Each city has a different top speed regulation.
